Are you excited about your weight loss results? Do you have an inspirational weight loss tale to tell? If you'd love to share, here's the place! Plus, by sending us your success story you could be featured in our online newsletter or ads, or even be invited to a Nutrisystem photo shoot and become our next Nutrisystem star!

Here’s how to submit your success story in three easy steps:

Fill out this online form, including a short essay about your weight loss experience.
Agree to the success story submission terms and conditions.
Click the button below to submit your photos online.

That's all there is to it!

To submit your photos by mail:

Write your name, your zip code, your e-mail address, your weight (at the time the photo was taken), and the date on which the photo was taken, on the back of each "Before" and "After" photo you'll be mailing in.
